All Pennsylvania officials 14 and older must comply with PA ACT 15 and obtain these three clearances. These are done in addition to all other USA Hockey requirements.

  • This link simply provides registration, which you must then take to a fingerprinting location to complete the clearance.

All clearances must be completed for employment (not as a volunteer). If asked, put your home address as your address as employment, since all officials are considered "self-employed".
